Pre-ordering ensures you secure your preferred styles, colours, sizes, and customization options before arriving at the event.

Some products are available in limited quantities, so we strongly recommend ordering as soon as possible.

Based on past Championships, pre-ordering is especially important for teams arriving later in the event, as onsite merchandise sells out quickly.

1. Extended Colour Options & Customization
Pre-ordering gives you access to a wider range of colours than what will be available onsite. You’ll also have the option to customize your apparel with:

• Name & number

• Name only

• Number only

Please note: shoppers are responsible for the accuracy of all customization details.

 

2. Limited Onsite Inventory
If your player is attending playoffs during Week TWO, pre-ordering is highly recommended. The onsite merchandise booth has a history of being very busy, and we cannot guarantee colour or size availability upon your team’s arrival. To secure your player’s preferred gear, pre-ordering is the best option.

 

3. Exclusive CCM Products
We’re proud to partner with CCM for the 2026 West Championships. As part of this collaboration, we’re offering a limited selection of custom CCM products. Quantities are limited, and availability at the event is not guaranteed—pre-ordering is strongly encouraged.

 

Student-Athlete Order Pickup – IMPORTANT

To collect your pre-order onsite at the CSSHL Western Championships in Penticton, you must present:

• Your email confirmation number or

• A printed receipt

 

Please bring your confirmation to the merchandise booth before your first game and write your order number on the whiteboard. Your order will be ready for pickup by the end of the game.
