CSSHL Friends and Family,

Get ready for the 2027 CSSHL Eastern & Western Championships with exclusive CSSHL Playoff merchandise!

Our 2027 CSSHL Championships Merchandise Pop-Up Shop is now open, giving families the opportunity to pre-order apparel ahead of the Championships in March 2027 for both East and West divisions.

Pre-ordering is the best way to secure your preferred styles, colours, sizes and customization options before arriving at the event.

*Please note families in the Eastern Division MUST pre-order as there will be limited apparel available to order at the event.

IMPORTANT: PRE-ORDER DEADLINE

The online pop-up shop and all customization options close on January 22, 2027.

Some products and sizes are available in limited quantities. Based on previous Championships, onsite merchandise can sell quickly—particularly for teams arriving later in the event—so we strongly recommend ordering early.

Why Pre-Order?

More Colours & Customization

Pre-orders have access to a wider selection of colours and options than will be available onsite.

Customization options include:

• Name & number

• Name only

• Number only

Please double-check all information before submitting your order.

Customers are responsible for the accuracy of names, numbers and other customization details submitted with their order.

Secure Your Size Before You Arrive

The onsite merchandise booth is extremely busy during the Championships, and we cannot guarantee that your preferred style, colour or size will still be available when your team arrives.

If your player competes later in the Championships, pre-ordering is especially recommended.

Exclusive CCM Products

We are proud to once again feature a selection of custom CCM products for the 2027 Championships. Quantities are limited, and availability onsite cannot be guaranteed.

PRE-ORDER PICKUP – PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING

• All pre-orders must be picked up in person at the CSSHL Western Championships in Penticton.

• Pre-order pickup is available between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM only.

• We strongly encourage you to collect your order when you or your player first arrives at the event—not when you are leaving Penticton. Our merchandise team only processes pre-order pickups during these hours, and we cannot guarantee assistance with pre-orders outside of the 9:00 AM–5:00 PM pickup window.

To collect your order, please bring:

• Your email confirmation/order number; or

• A printed copy of your receipt.

• *PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ORDER IS FROM THIS SEASON!!

Upon arrival, visit the merchandise booth and follow the posted pre-order pickup instructions.

NO SHIPPING – NO EXCEPTIONS

Pre-orders will NOT be shipped under any circumstances if they are not picked up during the Championships. Please make arrangements to collect your order while you or your player is in Penticton. Unclaimed orders will not be mailed or delivered after the event.

This policy is firm. In previous years, unclaimed orders were shipped after the Championships and associated shipping costs were not always recovered. As a result, we are unable to accommodate shipping requests for the 2027 Championships.

Orders also cannot be collected prior to the event.
